2. Core Mechanics: Live-Only & Visibility

• •No Media Upload To ensure authenticity, there is no upload function for gallery content for standard users.
• •Live-Only A "Spot" consists of a video (~60 seconds) that can only be recorded directly on-site via the SpotPin camera.
• •Temporary Nature Spots are visible for a limited time and disappear automatically upon expiration or through premature deletion of the spot by the creator.
• •Business Exception Media uploads for professional marketing material are only available for sponsored Spots (Business accounts).

3. Social Layer: Comments & Saving

• •Interaction You can comment on other users' Spots. Respectful communication ("Netiquette") is mandatory.
• •Saving Spots You can save Spots to your personal map to keep them as pins even after their public visibility has expired.
• •Responsibility You are solely responsible for your comments and the content you save to your map.

4. Copyright & Your Content

• •Accuracy of Pins The positioning of Spots is based on the location data (GPS) of the respective mobile devices. We do not guarantee the meter-perfect precision or accuracy of the locations displayed on the map. Technical deviations due to signal interference or sensor errors are possible.
• •Your Rights You remain the sole owner of your content at all times. SpotPin does not claim extensive usage rights to your videos.
• •Technical License You grant us only the technically necessary right, limited in duration to the Spot's period of visibility, to display your video to other users.
• •No Third-Party Exploitation We will not use your Spots for our own advertising purposes outside the map without your explicit consent.

5. Beta Phase & Technical Availability

• •Beta Status SpotPin is currently in a beta testing phase. The app is under constant development; therefore, features may be changed, restricted, or removed at any time.
• •No Performance Guarantee We do not guarantee the constant availability of the app or the permanent storage of your data.
• •Bugs & Data Loss SpotPin accepts no liability for the loss of Spots or data due to technical errors, server failures, or software bugs during the beta phase, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

6. Disclaimer: "Real-World First"

SpotPin is a guide, not a tour leader. Since we encourage you to go out and experience things:

• •At Your Own Risk Visiting Spots is entirely at your own risk.
• •No On-Site Inspection We do not verify the physical condition, safety, or accessibility of the locations marked on the map.
• •Limitation of Liability Simply-Concepts UG is not liable for accidents, property damage, or other incidents in the physical world related to the use of the app.

7. Account Deletion

• •Cancel Anytime You can delete your account at any time within the app.
• •30-Day Period Upon a deletion request, a 30-day grace period begins, after which all your data (profile, spots, comments, friends) will be permanently deleted.
